Delete your account or data

This page explains how to delete your account in any Coop7 app, including Eggz Farm Simulation, and what happens when you do.

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open the app and go to the Farmer tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. No email or call is needed. If you had added an email address, a confirmation is sent to it.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the device identifier it was created from
• Your farmer profile, your farm and its yards, flock and history
• Your ledger, trades, badges, Workshop brews and Side Jobs results
• Your conversations with Avis and your support messages
• Your email address, notification preferences and push registrations
• The farm's stored satellite image

What remains

Nothing that can identify you: a deletion record holding counts of what was removed and a one-way hash of your email address, and anonymous usage totals with no account attached. Transaction records for in-app purchases may be kept where tax and accounting law requires it. Purchase history held by Apple or Google is managed by them.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in your store account settings first.

Can't open the app? Ask us

If the app is gone or won't open, send this and we will delete the account for you within 30 days. We may write back to confirm it is yours.
