Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Coop7, LLC ("Coop7", "we", "us") collects through our website, coop7.com, and our mobile apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Section 9 has the details for each app. If an app-specific section conflicts with the general sections, the app-specific section applies to that app.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, use a form on this site, or write to us from inside an app, we receive your name if you give it, your email address, and whatever you include in your message.
Information our apps collect. Our apps create an account for you automatically when you first open them, without asking you to sign up. To do that and to keep the app working they may collect:
- An identifier derived from your device, used to recognise the same install on later launches. It is not your device's advertising ID.
- Device and app information, such as app version, platform, language and time zone.
- Usage information, such as which screens and features are used and when, used in aggregate to improve the app.
- A push notification token for your device, if you allow notifications.
- Your email address, only if you choose to add one in the app.
Our apps do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos or any crash reports from your device. Section 9 says exactly what each app does.
Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment card details. We receive limited transaction information, such as a purchase identifier, the product bought and the date, so we can deliver and restore your purchases.
Website. coop7.com uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To provide our apps and their features, save your progress, and deliver purchases.
- To answer your messages and support requests.
- To send you the notifications and emails you have turned on. Every one of them can be turned off in the app.
- To diagnose problems, maintain security, and improve our products.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising of any kind.
3. How we share information
We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers who help us run our apps, such as hosting, email delivery, push notification delivery, map and weather data, and AI text generation. They may use the information only to provide services to us. Section 9 lists the providers each app uses and what each receives.
- Apple and Google, as needed to process purchases and distribute our apps under their own privacy policies.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, Coop7, or others.
- Business transfers, if Coop7 is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
- Your account, game progress and support conversations are kept until you delete your account. Deleting it removes them.
- Usage information is kept for 90 days and is then deleted. Daily totals with no account attached are kept.
- Emails sent to contact@coop7.com are kept for up to 12 months.
- Transaction records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
5. Your rights and choices
- Notifications and email. Push notifications and reminder emails each have their own switch in the app, and every reminder email has an unsubscribe link.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can delete your account yourself inside the app at any time. See our account deletion page.
- State privacy laws. Depending on where you live, including California and Utah, you may have additional rights. We will honor them, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
To make a request, email contact@coop7.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
6. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will also give notice in the app or on this site.
Eggz Farm Simulation
Your location is never used
Eggz places your farm at a real place in the world that the game chooses at random when the farm is founded. The app never asks for or collects your device's location. The weather, satellite imagery, land data and events in the game are fetched for the farm's location, not yours.
Your account
The app creates an account the first time it runs, from an identifier derived from your device. There is no sign-up and no password to remember. The app shows this account's Support ID on the Farmer tab; it is the only thing we need to find your account when you write to us.
After your farm is founded the app asks once for an email address. It is optional. If you add one we use it to confirm the address, to send the account emails (such as the confirmation when your account is deleted), to send the occasional reminder you can switch off, and to answer your support messages when you ask for email replies. We never send email to an account that has not added an address.
Game data
Your farm's progress, such as the flock, finances, land, trades, brews and badges, is stored on our servers so it can be saved and restored. Your conversations with Avis, the in-game coach, and your support messages are stored with your account too.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app registers a push token for your device with us. Push notifications have a master switch and per-category switches in the app, and turning them off holds across reinstalls and devices.
AI-generated text
Some of the game's text, such as the coach's answers, vendor haggling, market gossip, advice and event narratives, is written by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic). To write it, we send the model the game details it needs: the farm's numbers, its in-game names and region, and the question you typed. We do not send your email address or your Support ID, and the model provider does not use this data to train its models.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google as described in Section 1. The game's own currency and the earnings from Side Jobs have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

The map, weather, land and hazard providers receive only the farm's coordinates, which are not your location.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app at any time (Farmer tab, Delete account). Deletion is immediate and removes everything listed above. What remains cannot identify you: a deletion record holding counts of what was removed and a one-way hash of your email address, and anonymous usage totals. See the account deletion page.
Ads. Eggz Farm Simulation shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers.
